Mr. Haggerty has more than 30 years of operating, finance and accounting experience, including seven years in the audit practice of KPMG Peat, Marwick. He has worked in a wide variety of industries including:

  • Retail and Distribution
  • Business Services
  • Entertainment
  • Technology
  • Contracting
  • Wholesale
  • Professional Services
  • Manufacturing

In addition to his strong retail, distribution and services background, Mr. Haggerty spent seven years working with Technology, Internet and Software companies. His efforts were focused on improving operating results, installing permanent cash flow solutions and obtaining financing to fund operations and growth. He enjoys working directly with CEOs of privately-held companies and helping them achieve their goals.

Mr. Haggerty has led numerous turnaround and improvement initiatives that focused on:

  • Improving financial reporting systems
  • Productivity improvements
  • Debt restructuring
  • Mergers and acquisitions

His career has been one of serving in high-level financial and operating positions, including:

  • Thom McAn — Vice President, Controller & Treasurer

Mr. Haggerty graduated from Babson College where he earned B.S. and B.A. degrees in accounting and graduated in the top tier of his class. As an officer in the US Navy, he was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal for meritorious service in Vietnamese waters. Mr. Haggerty is presently active in Vistage International. His latest accomplishment is writing and publishing "HIRE ME" – a Practical Guide to Standing Out in the Crowded Job Market. The target audience for "HIRE ME" is unemployed and under-employed individuals. The book is based on Mr. Haggerty's many years of experience in coaching C level executives in transition.
