Mr. Boozer has over 30 years of experience in “C” level leadership roles in large middle market companies working with or on behalf of owners, boards, sponsors and financial institutions. Mr. Boozer’s experience includes development and implementation of strategic plans, financial and operational analysis, restructuring and performance improvement in addition to general advisory work in a diverse group of companies with revenues ranging from $10 million to $1 billion. In addition, Mr. Boozer has extensive experience in corporate banking and leveraged finance having worked in corporate banking roles for Wachovia Corp and SunTrust Banks. Mr. Boozer’s industry experience includes:

Mr. Boozer is a cum laude graduate of the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Corporate Outreach Committee and previously served as the Chairman of the Oxford College Board of Counselors, The Business Development Corporation of Georgia, the Finance Committee and as a member of the Executive Committee of the St. Martin’s Episcopal School. He is currently a member of The Association for Corporate Growth and the Turnaround Management Association.
